The School of International Arbitration is delighted to host a seminar on “Transparency in International Arbitration” on 27 February 2020 from 18:30 to 20:30. Transparency is an important controversial subject of constant debate in international arbitration. The seminar will explore the meaning and purpose of transparency in the arbitral context, the reasons for the continued calls for increased transparency and the effects which increased transparency might have on international arbitration.
